Day 1: Arrival
Cairo Airport. Transfer to hotel.
Day 2 (B L D): Visit the world famous Egyptian
Museum of Antiquities in the heart of Cairo. Lunch.
Afternoon transfer to Rameses Railway Station to
board deluxe A/C train taking you to Egypt’s second capital; Alexandria
City “Pearl of the Mediterranean”. Transfer to hotel.
Leisurely walk downtown. Dinner at hotel.
Day 3 (B L): Alexandria
Full Day excursion (lunch included), features visits to the Greco-Roman
Museum, the Catacombs, Pompey’s Pillar, the
Roman Amphitheater, Abu El Abbas Mosque, Qait Bey Medieval
Fortress and the Montaza
Royal Palace Gardens surrounding ex-King Farouk’s summer
residence.
Day 4 (B L): Full Day tour to El Alamein
World War II Battlefields. Lunch at Hilton Borg El
Arab.
Day 5 (B L): Half Day tour featuring the
recently inaugurated Alexandria International Library. Seafood
lunch in Abu Qir (select from freshly caught fish,
cooked the way you like). Horse carriage ride.
Day 6 (B L D): Morning drive through the Desert
Road, a modern highway, to visit the Wadi El Natrun Monasteries. Lunch.
Afternoon we continue our drive to Cairo and check in at hotel.
Evening Sound & Light Show at the
Pyramids & Sphinx of Giza.
Farewell dinner at the hotel.
Day 7 (B): Say good-bye to Egypt, as
we drive you to the airport, assist & check you in for your
flight home!
