All itineraries are sample itineraries that we can operate in the same sequence or in a different sequence, according to Nile cruise sailing dates, availability, etc.
RATES: Exact costing depends on accurate travel dates, types of hotels/ Nile cruise ships chosen.
INCLUDED: All accommodation, transfers and transportation during the program; all meals as per itineraries; most gratuities, including gratuities to Cruise Staff, Tour Escort/Guide; all sightseeing tours inclusive of entrance fees, domestic flights in Egypt, services of our Private Professional Tour Escort/Guide throughout the tour.
NOT INCLUDED: International airfare to/from Egypt, excess baggage charges, airport/departure taxes, trip insurance, personal items such as laundry, phone/fax charges, Egypt entry visa.
IMPORTANT: Major airlines fly daily into Cairo. Some of these airlines are Air France, Alitalia, British Airways, Egyptair, El Al, Iberia, KLM, Lufthansa, Olympic Airways, Royal Air Maroc, Royal Jordanian, Swissair, and Delta. Other carriers make connections to Cairo, among them Air Canada, American Airlines, and United. All departures from the USA are to be made 1 day prior to the programs arrivals into Cairo.
RESERVATIONS:
A 25 % of the tour
price must be paid upon confirmation of your bookings. Bookings
made within 60 days of arrival must be paid in full upon
confirmation. The balance of the tour price is due 60 days prior
to arrival. All prices are quoted in US Dollars.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
· Should cancellation be made in writing 120-90 days prior to arrival, full refund will be made less administrational/operational fee of:
$ 500.00 for FIT bookings.
$ 200.00 per person for Groups consisting of 12 Pax or more.
· Should cancellation be made in writing 89-60 days prior to arrival, - 25% cancellation fee will be implemented.
· Should cancellation be made in writing 59-30 days prior to arrival, - 50% cancellation fee will be implemented.
· Should cancellation be made in writing 29-15 days prior to arrival - 75% cancellation fee will be implemented.
· Should cancellation be made in writing 14-00 days prior to arrival – no refund will be made.
It is strongly recommended that all clients purchase trip cancellation & interruption insurance as protection against an emergency which may force them to cancel or leave from the tour while it is in progress.
